We’re looking for friendly, dependable people who enjoy making guests feel welcome. Working at Fort Worth Axe Factory means helping people try something new, coaching first-time throwers, and keeping the good energy going through parties and group events.

The right person is comfortable talking with all kinds of guests, can follow safety procedures, and enjoys being part of a small team. Axe-throwing experience is not required. We can teach the throwing and coaching side; a positive attitude, reliability, and good judgment matter most.

A typical shift can include welcoming a group, explaining the basics, helping guests get comfortable, running games, and keeping the space ready for the next crew. Some shifts are busy and energetic, so being calm, attentive, and helpful makes a big difference.
